I had a fantastic experience the other night at our Blood Squad opening. I remembered and felt and lived what it was like my very first time. The very first time I did a lot of things. It wasn't really beginner's mind, it was stuff that I finally got to do after much fantasizing when I was younger.
You probably have already "filled in the blanks" regarding what I'm writing about. You might be right and you could be wrong.

I met with some of the folks from the Improv Lock Down at my place. It was great fun, we worked on some scenes that were bombolas in the past. I think there were some new and exciting ideas that came about. A lot of cool examples of having big emotional reactions and, "finding the game in the scene".

I'm feeling good about the weekend. Have some friends from work coming to see Blood Squad. We have two more shows at the Odd Duck and then we rock and roll the CenterStage stage down in Federal Way! Cool.
Monday, I met with a group of performers for our "lock down" show in June. This is going to be a grand old time!
